Nu-Way Industries has been a leader in the design and fabrication of precision metal products serving many industries worldwide. Since our founding in 1968; in a small welding shop, Nu-Way has continued to expand its operations and services provided to the ever growing spectrum of new customer needs. Over fifty years later, Nu-Way Industries continues to provides its customers with value-added services and manufacturing capabilities as your single source, global reaching, end-to-end fabrication and display solutions provider.

A FULL SERVICE

Nu-Way is a premier full service supplier working to provide value added solutions to our customer's product requirements. Beginning with design engineering, we work directly with our customers' designers and independently create innovative products. Next, it's on to prototype fabrication and tool design where a keen eye is kept on producing a cost-effective product through enhanced manufacturability. Then as the product moves through each stage of the manufacturing process - from shearing to forming to welding to assembly to finishing - constant attention is paid to achieving the highest quality standards within each stage until we deliver that final value added solution to our customers.

FACTORY & AUTOMATION CENTER

All of the products will be made in our 300,000 sqft state of the art facility by one of our 250+ employees. Nu-Way operates a 45,000 sqft paint and powder coat system with in house silk screening. We have a robotic seamless gasket system as well as many other robotic manufacturing cells. Open frame LCDs combined with touch integrated products are assembled in our 25,000sft ESD room. We can also rapid prototype a product in our dedicated 25,000 sqft prototype area. Nu-Way Industries Inc. - in collaboration with Prima Power - is proud to be considered the premier showcase facility in North America. With its fully automated fabrication technology, Prima-Power and Nu-Way are moving together towards the future of automation.

DELIVERY

Delivering your products on time is key to satisfied partnerships and is managed in several ways. Nu-Way owned trucks and cargo vans provide quick delivery of products in the immediate Chicagoland area and surrounding states. We work with many coast-to-coast fright carriers; that are either established by our clients or with our own logistics partners. UPS and FedEx pickups are setup daily. We also can assist with managing finished good (consignment) inventories in our Elk Grove facility or with one of our nearby warehouse partners.

ENGINEERING SERVICES

Nu-Way Industries offers design services to help take your product concept to a fully engineered solution. We work to establish clear project scopes and help you define your product specifications. We can assist in coordinating certifications or attaining regulatory compliances for your new product from agencies such as: UL, ETL, NSF, ect. Our clients are involved in every step of the design process – working alongside our design team - to help meet your needs while always being mindful of manufacturing costs. This makes for an easy transition to the prototyping stage and well into production.

CUSTOMIZATION

Customization is the best means of product differentiation. NuWay offers a full range of custom LCD display capabilities, from something as simple as adding a logo to a bezel or including cables and connectors on a standard part, to a complete ground-up design involving special graphics, installing touch sensors, ruggedizing special enclosure and/or improving clarity with optical bonding. NuWay can ensure the development of a custom LCD monitor or display that matches your exact requirements.

MANUFACTURING

Nu-Way Industries display solution group is a highly skilled design and manufacturing division of Nu-Way Industries. The team has more than 40 years of experience driving all segments of the display market. Working with our suppliers we can provide simple solutions such as touch screen addition or a more complicated full service design. From precision products that fit in your hand to large enclosures that you can stand inside, Nu-Way services a variety of customers and industries as their reliable outsourcing fabrication partner.

DES PLAINES, Ill. — Nu-Way Industries, the largest precision metal product fabricator in the region, marked 50 years in business on Tuesday, Oct. 30, with an anniversary event during which the Des Plaines-based company called on local and state leaders to support the next generation of manufacturing.
